A global e-commerce company is searching for a skilled applicant to join their fast-paced business as Contract Manager. In addition to negotiating and documenting 3rd party contractual relationships, the Contract Manager must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage directly with principal business owners.
仕事内容
【800万円】Contract Manager @ e-commerce company
＊Previous in-house legal experience or law degree a plus
Responsibilities:

* Negotiate and document a variety of 3rd party contractual agreements, including services, sales, and licensing agreements
* Work with the business on new business initiatives, user interfaces, and marketing collateral
* Develop internal processes to track transactions from beginning to end
* Coordinate with clients and outside counsel

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' Contract management, paralegal, or other similar experience within a law firm or legal department
* Previous in-house legal experience or law degree a plus
* Enthusiasm for technology and good judgement
* TOEIC 900+, or native level Japanese
