【年収500万円～800万円】Responsibilities:
* Understand the technical needs of Japanese customers and support the sales and marketing teams for sales activities
* Identify, analyse, and report technical opportunities and challenges voiced by customers
* Analyze the cause of product failures from the field
* Contribute to product design improvements from both a software and hardware perspective
* Answer technical questions from Japanese customers and deal with quality issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Software
* 2-5 years' technical support experience
* Fluent Japanese ability, conversational English skill
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Excellent interpersonal skills
