Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales and operation of the store while training and developing store staff to achieve store sales goals and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Store Manager at luxury retail brand
*Hands-on experience with retail POS systems
* Provide training and coaching, as well as place each staff in the right role to maximise store sales
* Plan, implement, and manage yearly store budget and promotional action plan with sales manager
* Maintain relationships with department stores and monitor in-store share compared with other competitor brands
* Ensure visual merchandizing is executed based on internal guideline
* Monitor and share market trend and competitor activities with sales managers
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the same role is preferred
* Strong management skills
* Hands-on experience with retail POS systems
