A global leader in recruitment process outsourcing is looking for a proactive and analytical individual for an opportunity in Tokyo. As a Direct Recruiter, the successful applicant will manage and promote mobility by maintaining relationships with various agencies, external workers, and internal teams.
仕事内容
【年収500万円～1000万円】
Responsibilities:

* Promote internal mobility through client relationships
* Ensure the adherence to client-defined policies
* Oversee the recruitment of employees in other regions, including relocation guidance
* Identify and take advantage of opportunities suitable for internal applicants
* Ensure that candidates receive feedback for applications and interviews



Requirements:

* Proven experience in professional recruitment
* Proven experience with strategic sourcing
* Experience with various recruitment interview techniques
* Background in financial or professional services is preferred
