- A large scale international organization is searching for a talented people management professional to join them as the HR Operations Manager. In this position, the successful applicant will contribute to HR strategies for a global organization.

【年収850万円～1100万円】Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the overall people agenda and global principles/guidelines within the strategic landscape and country retail direction/business plan process
* Lead and support unit HR management in HR operation performance and efficiency through an aligned way of working
* Be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of compensation, benefits, mobility, payroll and HR information systems
* Manage quality in transactional processes provided by the shared service centre
* Contribute to driving opportunities to develop the total offer of the company as an employer
Requirements:
* Post-secondary degree in HR, Business or psychology or equivalent work experience
* 7-10 years' experience working in a management role and/or the HR field
* Fluency in English both verbal and written
