【Negotiable based on experience】Responsibilities:
* Provide key support for all office administration matters, including IT coordination, handling deliveries, managing stock, etc.
* Arrange both internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferences
* Collaborate with Finance to process invoices and track vendors
* Assist Asia-Pacific administrators as well as internal team members as needed
* Perform other office tasks suck as data entry, filing, and diary management
Requirements:
* 5 years of administrative experience in finance
* Background arranging international travel
* High proficiency in office software
* Advanced fluency in Japanese and English
* Outgoing and team oriented personality
