* Ensure customer satisfaction through both internal and external endeavors
* Create marketing content that reflects internal efforts in a positive light
* Optimize work flow and confirm that work procedures are appropriately followed
* Create new sales leads through collaboration with partners and internal teams
* Manage the internal database to analyze company efficiency
Requirements:
* Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or IT
* Experience of 5+ years with customer advocacy programs
* Profound knowledge of software industry, especially B2B
* Proven ability in program management
* Willing to travel around Japan as needed
