- An international banking and financial services organization is searching for an individual with extensive experience in corporate communications for the role of Communications Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving various communication initiatives in Japan.

【年収1000万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
* Manage and implement a variety of communications activities with a primary focus on internal and corporate communications
* Introduce programs to enhance the company's internal communications and employee engagement
* Create, edit, and distribute internal memos and newsletters
* Work closely with Head of Communications and senior management to come up with and execute effective risk management communications strategies for emergencies
* Record spending and manage the budget related to company events and other internal communications programs
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in corporate communications; experience in financial services is essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Computer knowledge and design skills are a plus
