A Financial Analyst role has arisen at a global e-Commerce company. Seeking a highly analytical individual with prior experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:
* Perform root cause analysis and uncover core issues using data
* Assist in efforts to improve and create new measures for site productivity
* Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
* Lead the development of all weekly and monthly financial closing, and all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation
* Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated, and timely
Requirements:
* A BA/BS in finance, accounting, business, and/or a similar discipline
* 2+ years' relevant experience in a similar role
* Strong analytical skills coupled with good business sense
* Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Written and verbal business level Japanese and English communication skills
