- An international consultancy is searching for a Bid Manager. In this position you will work together with sales teams and a variety of support functions to manage the bid process, developing solutions and proposals as required.

【850万円～950万円】Bid Manager @ Global IT consultancyResponsibilities:
* Work closely with the sales team to provide presales and bid management support for new/emerging business opportunities
* Manage end-to-end bid pursuits comprising RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and/or proactive proposals
* Work closely with practice SMEs to develop solutions; prepare proposals and supporting documents
* Work with support function SMEs (Legal, Tax, Finance, HR, immigration/mobility, etc.) to address related requirements in proposal responses
* Identify areas for bid process improvements and work closely with relevant stakeholders to implement recommendations
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in bid management for IT companies
* Ability to manage bids/proposals independently from qualification to submission
* Good understanding of bid management
* Proficiency in Japanese and English
