As a strategic business partner, the position closely works with a VP level leaders.
・Forecast, track, and analyze bookings, revenue and commercial P/L
・Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and business review package
・Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance
・Prepare annual operating plan, monthly and mid-term forecasts, and long-term strategic plan
・Coach and develop a team member to build a cohesive, high performance teams
応募資格

- 必須

・Strong business acumen
・Ability to function within a matrix organizataion
・Be able to work in a fast paced environment
・Ability to coach and motivate people

・Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Fiance, or equivalent knowledge, MBA highly preferred
・Over 5 years experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles
・Over 1 year of experience of people management
