募集背景
A leading global pharmaceutical company is in need of an experienced sales/marketing professional for the role of Global Business Development Manager. The successful applicant will be tasked with providing business development support to the company's OEM customers and driving sales revenue through marketing and sales promotions.
仕事内容
【年収800万円～1200万円】
Responsibilities:

* Contact OEM customers about new product developments and overall product performance
* Prepare internal strategic plans and objectives for customers and report on the progress made towards meeting the objectives
* Work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and ensure product prices are set accordingly
* Develop promotional plans based on market analysis
* Conduct global market research on customers, competitors, and products



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a chemistry, material science, or engineering field; MBA or course work towards such a degree is a major plus
* 5+ years' experience in the silicon semiconductor industry
* 5+ years' experience in sales/marketing
* Fluency in both Japanese and English; additional languages would be a plus
* Able to travel internationally
