Responsibilities:

* Oversee creation of systems required to meet local needs that are not already met by global systems
* Understand local business requirements and the type of systems needed to meet them
* Assist global HR Systems team with localization
* Help deliver cost-efficient, high-quality IT solutions that allow the company to reach its strategic objectives
* Delivery and large-scale changes of IT projects

Requirements:

* 12 years' experience in business, 8+ years' experience in a relevant field
* Fluency in English
* Extensive application implementation experience
* Knowledge of systems solutions
