運用商品開発
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify demand/requirement for investment products and solutions through direct engagement and collaboration with the Distribution, Investment and research teams
• Monitor and research academic papers, consultant papers, capital market developments, market trends, asset flows, peer funds/strategies, and new fund launches.
• Study regulatory framework and trends that affects investment management business, distribution business, investors, capital markets, taxation, registration, and accounting
• Support range management of the Asia Pacific product suite. Aggressively hunt down opportunities with distribution to further commercialize top performing and market/investor relevant investment strategies.
• Support the development of new business cases for the Japan intermediary and institutional businesses.
• Participate in regional and global product forums to represent local business interests.

Experience and Qualifications Required: （運用商品開発経験３～５年程度）
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills and experience:
• Basic knowledge and understanding of investment strategies and portfolio management across major asset classes including multi-asset products.
• Prior investment management experience, fund due diligence, or investment consulting experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) as s/he is expected to draft proposal documents
• Knowledge of project management principles and experience leading a project or initiative at a mid to large scale company.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in Investment, Buy-side Product Development, and/or Investment Consultant experiences.
