- One of the world's leading financial services institutions is looking for a qualified Finance & FPA Manager. The selected individual will manage a team responsible for managing financial performance and developing strategies to drive business growth.

【年収1100万円～1500万円】Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyse business metrics and overall profitability
* Identify risks and opportunities and prepare the annual budget and forecasts
* Support the development of long-term consumer service plans
* Use financial models to evaluate returns and analyse investment initiatives
* Prepare presentation materials and deliver financial updates and analysis
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in Finance, preferably in the financial services industry
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; XP database skills are a plus
* Familiar with consumer card and lending products strongly preferred
* MBA and/or CPA would be a plus
