* Take the lead role in shaping and strengthening the financial management of the business
* Act as part of the management team and be a key business partner in shaping the growth, profitability and investment decisions of the franchise
* Collaborate with senior management to lead a strong team of finance talents
Requirements:
* Higher accounting or business economics related education, preferably at Master's/J-CPA/US-CPA or similar level
* 12-15 years' controlling/business partnering experience, preferably in a role with international contacts; prior accounting experience is an advantage
* Experience in the medical industry (instruments/devices) is an advantage
