募集背景
A leading manufacturer and distributor of outdoor apparel is seeking a bilingual IT professional for the role of Network System Engineer.
仕事内容
【Negotiable based on experience】
Responsibilities:

* Configure and install various network devices and services
* Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
* Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
* Monitor the utilization of system resources and assign capacity accordingly
* Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in accordance with the company's security policy
* Resolve problems through communication with vendors and other IT personnel



Requirements:

* Computer Science degree or 2-3 years' relevant work experience
* Fluent in Japanese; Business level English (TOEIC 800+)
* Experience with hands-on network engineering
* Understanding of networking protocols and OSI and/or TCP/IP models
* Experience in the retail industry is a plus
