【年収600万円～900万円】Responsibilities:
* Support the timely and accurate production of test results
* Facilitate the successful completion of customers' development projects to strengthen business relationships
* Develop testing procedures for the efficient and economical evaluation of products
* Coordinate testing schedules for timely completion and perform data analysis and results reports according to specific customer requirements
* Lead the development of team members and provide them with training and feedback
Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
* 5+ years' experience in mechanical engineering and testing
* Strong English communication skills
* Ability to communicate with internal and external partners regarding industrial testing procedures
