- A global provider of advertising software is searching for an experienced bilingual business professional for the role of Business Operations Lead. In this position, you will work with the Japan country manager and the APAC senior leadership team to develop and execute sustainable business strategies to ensure the company's success in Japan.

【年収1000万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Facilitate effective decision making with a focus on accelerating the growth of the business in Japan
* Lead high priority programs and special projects that match core business goals and strategies
* Support all major client daily operations and help effectively resolve both internal and external facing issues
* Continuously implement initiatives to improve productivity across the entire Japanese team
* Travel when necessary to support the needs of the local market
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 7 to 10 years' experience in sales operations, business analytics, financial modelling, program and project management
* Verbal and written fluency in both Japanese and English
* Ability to manage multiple cross functional projects and programs in a global environment
