- A global seafood processing and distribution company is searching for an experienced Controller for their Finance and Controlling department. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for all finance and controlling functions for the Japan region and will play a key role in driving the company's business and financial goals.

【年収1100万円～1200万円】Responsibilities:
* Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all accounting tasks
* Oversee reports and analysis and ensure timely completion and delivery of all reports
* Manage working capital and effectively control credit limit to minimize trade risks
* Handle all areas of tax compliance
* Evaluate business opportunities and provide solutions to address both short-term and long-term operational issues
* Establish internal control systems to prevent, detect, and correct errors and/or fraud
* Ensure business requirements are presented clearly to the project team and ensure that projects are executed effectively
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with USCPA, ACCA, CA equivalent; advanced Excel certification
* 18+ years' experience at a foreign corporation and at least 5 years' experience at one company in the role of Controller
* Proficient in oral and written business Japanese; Fluent in oral and written Business English; skills in a third language would be a plus
* Strong understanding of IFRS, Japanese GAAP, and tax codes
* Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP)
