募集背景
A leading international e-commerce group is searching for a deeply experienced HR professional. As Senior HR Manager, the successful candidate will provide human resources support to client groups.
仕事内容
【Salary negotiable based on experience】
Responsibilities:

* Provide full cycle human resources support to client groups; execute people initiatives, provide great internal customer support and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
* Improve/simplify HR processes/procedures; proactively introduce new technology in order for HR practice to be more effective and efficient
* Perform hands-on HR activities to build trust with customers
* Successfully monitor the "pulse" of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 10+ years' business experience
* 5+ years' professional HR experience
* An ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, proactivity and development of HR within the company
