* Understand how customers are using the company's products and how the company can help customers meet their goals
* Develop a strong understanding of the company's products
* Develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
* Resolve technical issues
* Effectively communicate the value of the company's products and services to customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
* At least 5 years' experience in the IT and software industries
* Experience with and knowledge of security products and the security industry
* Ability to effectively develop relationships
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Comfortable with being on-call 24/7
