- A global logistics company is searching for an Air Operation Clerk to expedite and route movement of incoming and outgoing cargo and freight shipments. Reporting to Air Operation lead, you will take orders from customers and arrange pickup of freight and cargo for delivery to loading platform.

【年収400万円～600万円】Responsibilities:
* Prepare consolidation with customers' document, airway bills, bills of lading, and any other documentation
* Distribute documents to appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure smooth flow of export cargo
* Input data into the system to create file, shippers export declaration transmission, invoice to client and shipment, as well as track and trace update
* Assist in tracing and following up cargo to airport to ensure prompt delivery of freight
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
* IATA License holder; proficiency in Dangerous Goods(M2) is preferred
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Expert understanding of the local freight forwarding regulations
