- An international manufacturing company is seeking an Operation Analysis Manager in Hyogo region. Reporting to Manufacturing Director, this position will supervise all aspects of continuous improvement and industrial engineering implementation in Japan.

【年収700万円～800万円】Responsibilities:
* Establish strategy and execution plan for capabilities development on every aspect of continuous improvement
* Establish and perform process to identify the best practices and share through existing regional and global programs
* Ensure analysis with processes owners over replication opportunities
* Correspond with regional team to ensure alignment and request for any support needed
* Maintain and develop further relationship with all plant departments
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or related professional experience
* Master's degree or certifications in Lean or Six Sigma are a plus
* Over 5 years of experience with implementation of lean principles in a manufacturing environment
* Good understanding of human related implementation issues
* Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English
