- A distinguished financial services group is seeking a talented audit professional to join them in an Associate Internal Audit position. As a trusted business advisor and the third line of defense, this position will be responsible for providing assurance on the control environment through a risk-based audit methodology and industry leading tools.

【年収800万円～1400万円】Responsibilities:
* Lead or support the lead auditor in all phases of audit life cycle
* Prepare flowcharts, analyse process flows, identify key risks and controls for testing, and write reports in English following the internal methodology
* Update audit universe and perform risk assessments
* Process and monitor issue verification
* Manage and support relationships with key partners in business and support functions
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an internal audit, external audit, or other positions in the financial service industry
* Fluency in native Japanese and business-level English; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel for audit data analytics - eg. pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, etc.
* Qualifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFA are a plus
