Japan EOR Medical Evidence Manager is a project leadership role in planning, project management and delivery sponsored scientific studies and medical evidence generation in order to support business in line with strategy, regulations and SOPs.
■Strategic Evidence Planning
・Medical Evidence Manager takes an critical role in organizing cross functional strategic evidence planning workshops to identify evidence requirements / gaps, craft evidence options and prioritize evidence options while integrating strategic agendas across Japan Medical Affairs Team, Japan Marketing Team, Japan R&D Team and other relevant functions
・Medical Evidence Manager closely works with Medical Affair Team by representing EOR, and is responsible to ensure that Evidence plans are scientifically sound to address research questions, feasible to time, cost, quality and capacity, as well as strategically aligned

■Essential
・Bachelor or Master degree in a scientific discipline
・X-functional Project Leadership Capability
・Project Management experience
・Clinical development experience as Clinical Project Manager or equivalent
・2-3 year experience in designing and conducting clinical research / clinical studies
・Experience in managing External Service Providers
・Excellent presentation and communication skills
・Practical English communication skill -Preferred: AZ speaking level 6/TOEIC 800 -Required: TOEIC 700

・Business acumen

・PhD in a scientific discipline or MD or MPH
・Specialty or practical knowledge / skills in statistics and epidemiology
・Thorough knowledge or experience within the pharmaceutical industry (>3 years) and Medical function (>3 years)
