- An international telecommunications company is searching for a skilled Front End Developer with business communication skills in both Japanese and English. In this role, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to define and execute front end development plans.

【500万円～900万円】Responsibilities:
* Represent e-commerce operations in strategic and operational meetings to understand business requirements and goals of new work
* Investigate the technical feasibility of proposed work and report findings/recommendations back to project teams
* Collaborate and lead teams to agreeable approaches for the final execution
* Analyse and interpret business requirements to define and develop technical requirements and specifications for assigned work; partner with cross-functional colleagues including product managers, business analysts, user interface and IT app developers to ensure the success of each project
* Write advanced code (JSP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, jQuery, Flex, etc.) to support the most complex projects on the business roadmap; create interactive web experiences
* Research, evaluate and recommend technology and process solutions based on existing business requirements, competitive intelligence, industry trends and future directions
Requirements:
* 6-8 years' front end website development or related experience
* 3+ years' mobile development experience
* 3+ years' managing complex projects within a business environment
* Business level Japanese and English
