【Salary Negotiable Based on Experience】Responsibilities:
* Effectively solve customer inquiries via email, phone and twitter using a CRM tool as well as internal tools
* Utilize deep knowledge of the product and industry in order to serve customers
* Act as a role model for other support representatives in terms of customer satisfaction, productivity and teamwork; analyse trends in customer issues and suggest improvement plans to establish engagement
* Help drive improvements in customer satisfaction across channels
* Help gather and synthesize relevant data, suggesting improvements in tools and techniques to help scale the team
Requirements:
* BA/BS degree
* Previous customer support experience in Japan
* Strong organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
* Native level Japanese; business English
