- A global entertainment group is searching for a Japanese/English bilingual legal professional to join their Legal department in Tokyo as a Legal Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for transactions and corporate legal matters for the company, while advising and working closely with senior management in Japan.

【年収Up to 1300万円】Responsibilities:
* Provide advice on anti-trust issues, legal compliance issues, privacy issues, vendor assessment, and general corporate matters including corporate maintenance of subsidiaries
* Report to Legal Executive Director and work closely with other in-house attorneys
Requirements:
* Law degree from top tier Japanese university
* J.D., LLM, or equivalent qualification from a Japanese or U.S. law school is preferred
* A minimum of 4 to 5 years' transactions experience in a major law firm or in-house legal department
* Knowledge of general corporate legal issues and experience in commercial and transactions matters are a must
* Experience from the studio or other entertainment industry is preferred; experience from the television or digital network business
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
