【年収700万円～950万円】Responsibilities:
* Assist Japan leadership to achieve the organisation mission and help execute growth plans
* Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to Japan Leadership and the APAC Finance team
* Make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations
* Assess organisational performance against both the annual budget and company's long-term strategy
* Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or engineering
* 5+ years in a corporate accounting or finance role with a demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis
* Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning
* Experience in strategic planning and execution including budgeting
* Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English
