募集背景
A multinational cosmetics retailer is searching for an experienced financial analyst with international business experience. As Digital Finance Manager, the successful candidate will work with a variety of internal teams both domestic and international.
仕事内容
【年収600万円～900万円】
Responsibilities:

* Provide strong financial leadership and partnership for digital operating teams, i.e. eCommerce, customer care, fulfilment, etc.
* Collaborate in the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans with business partners
* Collaborate to identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks
* Communicate and work together with internal business partners and overseas counterparts

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree; MBA is an advantage
* 5+ years' financial planning analysis/business partnering experience at an international company; experience working with HQ partner functions of multinational companies
* Retail and/or digital business partnering experience is an advantage
* Business level English both written and verbal
