【年収７００万円～１０００万円】Responsibilities:
* On board and further develop practical and rapid methods to measure the perceived sensory properties of market products and prototypes
* Measure the perceived sensory properties of market products and prototypes
* Measure consumer liking and additional responses to the perceived sensory properties of products
* Provide perceived flavour target profiles and guidance to flavourists for flavour creation
* Collaborate with other functions and provide understanding of flavour perception in terms of how flavour composition and delivery determine sensory properties and consumer preference
Requirements:
* BS or higher in food science, food technology/psychology, or consumer science
* A minimum of 5 years' sensory and consumer science experience working in the food industry
* Demonstrated ability to develop, undertake, and manage sensory and consumer insights projects
* Sound knowledge of sensory research involving trained panels and consumer insights research
* Solid understanding of relevant rules and regulations
