- An international technology and materials group is searching for a Segment Marketing Manager. The ideal applicant for this position will have deep marketing experience in a related industry and experience with event organization.

【年収800万円～1300万円】Responsibilities:
* Identify new ways of direct customer interaction to market solution offerings and raise customer awareness/interest
* Determine attractive new market segments outside of focus markets; provide insight on the competitive landscape
* Consult internal and external experts to identify and evaluate new customer needs and transfer these needs into new product ideas
* Create marketing brochures related to solution offerings with case examples
* Organize events for direct interaction with potential customers, e.g. through presence at fairs or training
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
* 10+ years' experience as a segment marketing manager or marketing associate in a related industry, preferably with a technical background in the field of power electronic modules and devices
* Experience in planning and organizing customer events
* A proactive personality, strong sense of initiative and teamwork skills
