- A leading pharmaceutical group is searching for an experienced project manager. In the role of Senior Project Manager, the applicant selected for this position will lead a variety of complex projects, working together with a number of key stakeholders.

【年収800万円～1100万円】Responsibilities:
* Lead complex projects within the integrated circuit materials business unit while liaising with various stakeholders within and outside of performance materials, driving projects aimed at improving business performance as well as the system and process landscape
* Act as a sounding board to the local organization; recommend process, service and system solutions, analyse and re-design business processes and ensure cost efficient start of the art solutions that match the needs of the business
* Take full ownership of resources, budgets, risks and changes for all projects
* Serve as best practice resource; support and consult the management teams and provide guidance/direction
Requirements:
* Graduate degree (or equivalent) in economics, business engineering or information technology
* 8+ years' project management experience with a proven track record of leading, driving and successfully closing projects in a complex, global matrix organization
* Strong communication skills
* Fluency in English; Japanese or Chinese skills are a strong advantage
