募集背景
A world leading market intelligence company is looking for a bilingual Technical Account Manager to lead technology, service, and strategic programs, working closely with account teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
仕事内容
【800万円～1000万円】
Responsibilities:

* Work with account teams to execute sales opportunities and assist in the promotion of the company's products and technologies; employ proactive service management initiatives demonstrating a thorough knowledge of client needs
* Monitor and drive global service level agreement performances
* Establish and maintain a trusted advisor role; own the client technical relationship
* Perform capacity planning through regular reviews of bandwidth reports and system capacity reports
* Act as client escalation point for all issues impacting technical services ensuring appropriate actions are taken

Requirements:

* A degree in a technical field or business information technology
* Understanding of computer systems architecture and networking concepts in the financial/banking industry
* Japanese and English fluency (spoken and written)
