* Develop the client's innovation and development strategy with sponsors and manage the resulting set of initiatives
* Support client level talent planning process while providing a local perspective on future key talent needs,
* Translate the global I&D strategy into the client's priorities
* Deliver global I&D programs at the client level for existing and new segments of diversity
* Shape local solutions to address local I&D priorities including sensitisation, communications, and events
Requirements:
* Experience in an HR generalist or business role providing insight into HR related matters
* Substantial knowledge and commercial understanding of the client
* Previous management experience - eg. project management, program management, and sales experience etc.
* Experience working with global teams is preferred
