* Act as the single point of contact for customers
* Manage the overall account strategy and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
* Align company resources across boundaries to provide focus on global scale opportunities
* Build relationships at a senior level with decision makers and influencers in some of the world's most complex organizations
* Develop penetrating sales strategies for profit and pricing proposals; communicate and understand the total cost of ownership, industry trends and crucial success factors for an effective rollout
Requirements:
* Experience selling global solutions to Japanese customers in a related industry
* Experience selling enterprise business
* Successful global account management experience
* Fluency in Japanese and English
