【1200万円～1600万円】Responsibilities:
Law practice seeks Marketing & Communications Director
* Oversee and manage a team of 10 people in the marketing, communications, and reception/firm service
* Oversee PR/marketing related activities, including enhancing market profile, brand and reputation management, etc.
* Manage the execution of all client-related firm events, ensuring strategic alignment, consistency, and quality
* Work closely with the managing partner to develop and implement long-term marcom and client development plans for the entire office
* Manage marcom budgets
Requirements:
* Knowledge of legal or professional services industry
* Ability to build good working relationships with media, clients, and internal teams
* Ability to manage projects in an efficient manner
* Strong and efficient writing and communication skills with a keen eye for quality control
* At least 10 years' work experience (legal industry preferred), including managing at least 5 or more team members in a fast-paced environment
* Japanese & English fluency
