【650万円～1000万円】HR Business Partner at an international IT consultancyResponsibilities:
* Support and drive performance within the Japan region through the people agenda; engage with leaders and team members and implement a HR strategy
* Support and drive on boarding programs, career develop and career progression initiatives
* Work within business groups on talent management to identify key leaders, roles and skill gaps
* Roll out global HR programs and local initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5-7 years' experience in HR management or as a business partner, preferably in the consulting services or tech industry
* HR project management skills
* Fluency in Japanese to English written, verbal and translation communications
