A famous international chemical brand is searching for an experienced legal professional with knowledge of compliance and contract management. As Legal Senior Staff, you will provide a range of legal advice and draft legal documentation.
仕事内容
【年収1000万円】Legal Senior Staff @ Famous global cosmetics company
Responsibilities:

* Advise operational and functional departments in laws applicable to the business; provide review of marketing materials and other legal documents
* Draft all types of legal documents, internal and external to the group including commercial, property, industrial and supply contracts; manage procedures for contract signature and corporate seal to prevent unauthorized contracts in line with company standards
* Follow litigations and other court procedures (pre-litigations, litigations, trials and/or submissions/filings), working with departments concerned and external counsel
* Increase operational and functional department awareness of group best practices (in particular legal charter)

Requirements:

* Degree in a legal field/qualification from a law school or equivalent professional legal experience
* Experience managing contracts in a corporate legal department or legal office
* Strong knowledge of compliance
* Business level English and Japanese
