An international telecommunications group is searching for a skilled professional with strong commercial law knowledge to join their team in the position of Legal Counsel. In this role, you will provide legal support within Japan, including legal arbitration and contract review among other tasks.
仕事内容

An international telecommunications group is searching for a skilled professional with strong commercial law knowledge to join their team.
Responsibilities:

* Provide diversified legal services and support to the Japan subsidiarity operational platforms
* Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents
* Provide legal advice for the operation of the company and control relevant legal risks
* Resolve disputes and lawsuits related to the Japan subsidiary and international arbitration
* Coordinate with external counsel and liaise with customers regarding the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation with respect to legal practice areas such as telecom law, IP law, IT law, contract law, commercial law, company law, competitive law, criminal law, employment, law, immigration law, Incoterms2000 and relevant laws, etc.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 3-5+ years' legal experience in a multinational environment or leading law firm
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong commercial acumen
* Good knowledge of commercial laws
* Business Japanese and English
