JOB DESCRIPTION
HUMAN RESOURCES POSITION
Recruiting
・Responsible in coordinating with the HR team in our company and taking ownership in various recruiting activities.
・Including recruiting events, conducting selection processes (screening, interviews, etc...), and implementing new recruiting strategies for the our financial companies in Japan.
Training & Development
・Coordinating with other departments and Japan entities in creating training and development plan for our financial companies in Japan.
・Developing strategic FS training plan, vendor selection, cost negotiation, coordinating training & development plan. Also responsible to conduct Individual Development Plan meeting.

資格
MANDATORY
Japanese: Native level
English: Intermediate level
Word: Intermediate level
Excel: Intermediate level
PowerPoint: Intermediate level
・Strong customer-oriented mindset
・Balanced perspective both from tactical and operative
・Strict to confidential information
・Approachable and open
・Actively interested on evolving technology
PREFERENCE
・HR and/or Admin experience
・IT background and/or knowledge especially on excel and systems
・Project management experience using Houston method
