* Act as a technical expert for the company's equipment
* Guarantee the smooth operation and availability of company machines after installation at the customer site
* Conduct on-site interventions to solve problems in an effective way; perform preventative maintenance according to service contract
* Lead customers to satisfaction with good service quality and machine performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical and mechanical engineering
* 3+ years' field service engineering experience for industrial
* Work experience at a multinational company
* Permission to work in Japan
* Japanese fluency
