【600万円～800万円】Responsibilities:
Commercial IT Analyst・Design and develop solutions to support commercial requirements
* Design and develop solutions to support commercial requirements
* Improve current BI solutions and plan/develop future BI analytics solutions for the Japan business
* Build trusting relationships with all stakeholders, business sponsors, senior decision makers, and IT counterparts
* Work with end-users and business partners to assess requirements and match these requirements to their objectives and business goals
* Collaborate with regional/global IT team and advocate the best IT solutions for the Japan business
* Manage new demand and enhancement requests for all business functions
* Implement best practice solutions for a variety of complex problems
Requirements:
* A university degree
* Project management certification preferred
* SFDC (Salesforce.com) and/or BI certification preferred
* Strong technical skills and experience in SFDC
* A proven functional/technical professional with full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation experience plus 3+ years of experience working with SFDC
* Proven experience translating client requirements into design and implementation of business solutions
* Native level Japanese and business level English
