【Salary Negotiable】Responsibilities:
A multinational energy group is searching for an individual with legal knowledge to joint them as a Legal Associate.
* Create contracts and understand business, reviews and negotiations in regards to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
* Create and arrange insurance schemes for risk-minimizing and insurance hedging (construction insurance, etc.)
* Provide support for legal/business related departments
* Check requirements for construction industry act and various development permits
* Correspond with lawyers, judicial scriveners and administrative scriveners
* Report to officials regarding project risk exposure specifics
* Manage documents and other related tasks
Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of law; legal background (degree in law, work experience in corporate law firms/legal departments, etc.)
* Communication skills and high levels of self motivation
* English proficiency at least equal to high school graduate level
