【600万円】Responsibilities:
Marketing Manager @ global consumer goods company
* Support the achievement of quarterly sales and profit targets through effective development and deployment of quarterly cycle plans
* Lead the marketing team and manage all marketing communication activities
* Develop, implement, and evaluate activation and promotional campaigns to generate consumer leads
* Manage annual/QT marketing communications budget and forecast
* Lead product and brand trainings for both external/internal sales/shop staff
* Ensure all campaigns on and offline across all channels meet and conform to required brand standards
Requirements:
* Experience implementing all aspects of marketing mix in Japan, plus the ability to understand local market trends and needs
* Experience handling marketing budgets
* A proven track record executing and managing marketing plans
* Verbal and written fluency in Japanese and English
* Permission to work in Japan
