5年以上のチャネルマネジメント経験要
* Develop, execute and own channel strategies for the annual operating plan in a specific assigned region. Plan and execute channel programs, partner measurement and success metrics as well as partner pricing schedules, on-boarding and enablement
* Drive the implementation of the company's programs that account for geographical differences while also optimizing the mix across various target segments
* Continue to build and evolve the organization from a structural and operational standpoint
* Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company as a key member of the management team
* Lead and manage the channel team including resource management, hiring, mentorship and performance management
Requirements:
* 5+ years' channel management experience focused on value channels
* Experience with analytics, data, databases or business intelligence preferred
* Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory
* Exceptional leadership skills
