【1500万円～1800万円】コントローラー＠外資系バイオテクノロジー企業Responsibilities:
* Manage four teams that consist of G/L, A/R and A/P teams
* Maintain accounting policies and procedures, accounting records, etc.
* Lead or manage acquisition integration and strategic/process improvement projects
* Manage relationships with external/SOX auditors, banks and other external parties; manage audit processes
* Effectively liaise with global finance teams as well as other functions
* Actively participate in leadership discussions and drive initiatives to improve finance members skills, motivation and work environment
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent knowledge; MBA highly preferred
* 10+ years' experience in hands on accounting roles
* 5+ years' experience as accounting leadership role
* Hands on experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and analytical tools (Hyperion)
* Strong command of Japanese and English
