- An international logistics firm is searching for an experienced accounting and finance professional. As the Finance Manager, the successful applicant will act as a manager within the finance department of a large scale organization.

* Act as a department manager to plan, decide, lead and execute action plans for the department to achieve business objectives
* Motivate, nurture, train and lead staff to attain high levels of performance
* Act as a business partner to the country head, the general manager and the management team to provide financial, legal and administrative advice; support business decision making
* Implement and maintain local accounting and general affairs policies, procedures and reports; ensure compliance with local accounting standards and legal requirements as well as group policies and requirements
* Develop and monitor financial plans to support the growth of the organization; monitor country business performance and assist the general manager to develop country profit improvement plans
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong accounting and finance knowledge
* Communication skills in Japanese and English
