＊10+ years' compensation and benefits experience required
* Support the operation of multiple countries within Asia Pacific and regional business sectors within a specialist group of the company
* Manage compensation, benefits, perquisites and related policies
* Perform activities related to the transition to a new human resources service delivery model (requirements gathering, detailed end-to-end process design in collaboration with countries, HRIS & data management aspects and other related tasks)
* Provide compensation and benefits insights and trends related to local markets; stay connected with businesses and execute global programs
* Support the implementation of a benefits administration platform in assigned countries
Requirements:
* BA/BS degree
* 10+ years' compensation and benefits experience in a multinational company or consultancy
* Working knowledge of local regulatory requirements within the region
* Experience leading or working with cross-functional, cross-business and cross country teams is preferred
* Project management experience
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
